General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on your history, sinusitis, temporal arteritis, migraine should be ruled out. MRI scan can be helpful in diagnosis. Any defective vision may be caused due raised pressure within eye and the condition is called glaucoma which should also be ruled out. All causes of peripheral neuropathy like diabetes and autoimmune diseases should be ruled out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
