you need not to worry as common cold symptoms is hedache and muscle pain and fatigue...you only need bed rest and plenty of fluids administration and you can take ibubrufen tablets for relief of symptoms and you will be ok..you should see your doctor to examine you if symptoms get worse and to measure your blood pressure ..but in my clinic i see it is simple problem commonly occur to those who havenot bed rest and have effort or work while having common cold that makes them hedache feeling and fatigue and shortness of breath ..so you need only to have rest and avoid any stress and take ibubrufen
