What Causes Headaches And Nausea When Diagnosed With Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome?

I have been having mild headaches and nausea everyday for a week now at the same time everyday starting late in the evening. I have Polycysitc ovary syndrome and I m overweight so that makes me think I maybe pre diabetic, but I also have lactose inolerance but It never gave me nausea but diarrhea. So I was thinking maybe my lactose intolerance can be getting worse or something? I don t have a fever, no chills or anything, just the headaches and nausea so I m sure it s not a virus or anything like that so what is it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
Pcos is not related to headache and vomiting. It could be because of other reason one could be lactose intolerance, or any vision related problems, Hypoglycaemia. I advise you to get serum prolactin levels also for exact diagnosis.

Thank you
