General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastritis. Vagus nerve irritation might have given you such symptoms. A physical examination with a physician is well appreciated. It is better to take an ECG to be on safe side. If cardiac side is clear then proton pump inhibitors like rabeperazole will help you. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Thanks
