Hello,

The possibilities are intolerance and allergy to cefdinir but other more serious possibilities have to be ruled out such as acute otitis media meningitis.

I have refer her immediately for CT imaging--low dose high-resolution full blood cell count PCR viruses bacteria from ear nose and throat and seek ENT SPECIALIST ASSESSMENT IF NECESSARY while doing microbiology do antibioctics sensitivity testing and take it from here and there.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
