Dear,
welcome to HCM
Your complaints of dizziness, shakiness, fast heart beat, sweating and stomach pain after eating is suggestive of gastric upset. Now wether it is due to peptic ulcer or not is a different issue, and require investigation.

The following signs are suggestive of peptic ulcer(gastric ulcer):
Reliving of pain on eating and aggravation on fasting. Severe pain, often associated with vomiting, signs of weight loss. occasionally brown coffee coloured stools suggestive of gastric bleeding.
In case of duodenal ulcer there is pain on eating and associated signs similar to mentioned above.

In your case we need to consider the kind of stool consistency, nature of pain, and local palpatory examination.
Considering these facts, i would suggest
1. visit a local gastoenterlogist soon.
2. get a complete blood haemogram profile, as anaemia and infections are suspected.
3. antibiotic will be required and should be taken only on doctors advice.
4. have plenty of fluids, water, esp ORS or Glucose solutions frequently.

welcome for further suggestion.
Regards,
Dr Pankaj Borade
