What Causes Headaches And Constant Hunger?

Hello! I ve been having these weird symtoms such as constant hunger, but I can t eat much. I m not quite in touch with reality, I get bad headaches, my fingers are numb and my heart beat is slow. Also, I ve been having really vivid dreams that I wake up from terrified and it causes me to have a panic attack, no doctor has helped me just gave me anxiety pills, but I think it s something other than anxiety I just don t understand what s going on and it s scary because I feel like I m dying all of the time. I want to be able to live my life, not be tired all of the time and when I stand up I have trouble breathing and I feel like I m going to blackout. Please help. Thank you.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of constant hunger but can not eat much, headaches, numb fingers, slow heart beats, vivid dreams and wakes up terrified to the extent of panic attack.
On anxiety pills but nothing else is helping at the moment.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all, get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of blood, urine and stool along with ultrasonography of the abdomen.
If all the investigations are normal including CT scan of the brain then only you should get a reference for a good psychiatrist.
Proper guidance is very important and just taking few medicines by a GP may nt help at all, you need a Specialist's opinion and care.
