General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The drugs you have mentioned that is Ciplar La 40, Tryptomer 10 and Flunarin 10 are all prescribed for the treatment of migraine. You have all the symptoms of migraine. I would advise you to continue with these drugs as long as your physician has advised. Migraine is caused due to the physiological disorder in the brain. It doesn't have a cure but can be managed by medicines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman
