What Causes Headaches Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

Hi Since Sunday I have been having really bad headaches, I’ve been peeing a lot more then usually with a full stream every time, I have been nauseous and almost vomiting everyday but haven’t yet and I feel dizzy and my stomach had been sore and gassy, any ideas as to what is going on?

Hi,

Assuming that you have had headaches, even if minor, even previously, this would sound like an acute headache attack related to migraine. I think it is highly possible that you may need to be hospitalized for a few days for IV painkillers.

Meanwhile, you can try medicines like Tab. Naxdom (a combination of Naproxen, Domperidone) along with antacids like Rantac.

In case you have had no headaches before and this is the first time that you are developing a headache, I would significantly suggest visiting a hospital and meeting a neurologist. This may need a scan as it is the first ever headache. Further treatment may depend on the report of the scan. In the meantime, the above mentioned medications can still be taken for a period of time for pain relief.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope this helps you get the correct line of management. In case you need any further clarification, feel free to contact me with further details for further suggestions and information.
