Hello,

Apply ointment heparin, ointment thrombophob on the area of tenderness and swelling. It will help to disperse the swelling and any blood clots below it. You can take acetaminophen, one stat after food or when required to get relief from headache, inflammation, swelling and pain.

Your symptoms should get better, but you are advised to get clinically examined by a GP. To be on the safer side get an X-ray done to rule out any injury, trauma, fracture or dislocation that is causing formation of a lump. You will be treated accordingly. If needed your treating doctor will tell you to do a CT / MRI for detailed study & for treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
