What Causes Headaches Along With Fatigue And Nausea?
Hello- for the last couple of weeks, I suffered from headache, being tired and nausea, sometimes with vomiting. At least once a week this has occurred. I m extremely tired even though I have no problem sleeping. Have ahead Lyme disease and been treated.

I have gone through your query. Gastritis also can give such symptoms. Get a blood routine examination including platelet count to rule out any problems. Taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole and anti emetics like domperidone will be helpful.
