What Causes Headaches Along With Fatigue And Confusion?

My dad who is 81 years old was just hospitalized due to a head injury. He has chronic subdural hematoma and was released after two Ct scans, an MRI and MRA He still suffers from headaches, worsening memory , weakness, fatigue and confusion and sometimes agitation during frustrating circumstances I m wondering if these are signs of Alzheimer s? Should I find him a neurologist or geriatric specialist? Thank you

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

At the very outset there is nothing to worry much about your dad's situation. Actually chronic subdural hematoma usually have some behavioral symptoms chronically. Therefore, nothing to worry much.

If you have any further doubts or problems, kindly contact again.

Thank you.
