What Causes Headaches Along With Earache?

I have had a really bad headache since last night. In the morning it was fine and then it came back in the evening and it was worse. I took some Motrin and just then my ear started hurting really really bad and then I went back outside and my headache came back and it was almost like a migraine. I don t have a fever and I am really worried that I am really sick. Any suggestions?

Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I carefully read your question and understand your concern.

Your symptoms may be related to an inner ear infection.

The headache you refer doesn't have the characteristics of migraine.

I would recommend consulting with the ENT specialist for a careful physical exam and a lab blood test (complete blood count, inflammation tests).

Hope to have been of help!
Greetings!
Dr.Aida
