What Causes Headaches After Taking Productiv M?

Hallo dr....... My husband have the count problem.we hav no children for four years.he is 33.our dr prescribes productiv m tablets for three months.he just begin the course.now he felt something wrong in his head.sometimes head ache.he already hav the low sugar problem(67after food)and a little bit bp(253).he is an it supporter.is his heavy head and ache side effect of the productiv m kit?im very eger to know about the side effect of productiv m.please help me.

Hi,

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as first-line management, you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
