You could have bronchitis infection or pneumonia .... Although fever not present investigate with chest x ray and spirometry..... For congestion relief antihistaminic drug can be taken .... Steam inhalation useful .... Avoid excess spicy food and smoking exposure avoided.... Antibiotic like levofloxacin can be taken for five days...
