What Causes Headache?

I am wondering what is causing my headache that I have had for the last 24 hours. It is in the upper right region above my forehead and I have no other symptoms. I do not have cold or allergies. Also, I have taken advil pain reliever and that usually does the trick but it has not subsided in the last 24 hrs. It is a constant throbbing on the right side of my head.

Hi

I had gone through your query.

Analgesic like paracetamol plus diclofenac twice a day useful to relieve severe headache.

If persist after taking medicines then need to investigate for the cause.

1. Blood pressure.
2.routine blood check up.
3.Eye sight and fundus examination.
4. Ct scan if require.

Most of the time it will resolve after taking analgesic.

You do not have associated symptoms so no need to worry.

It may be stress induce then need to take proper rest and sleep.

Still have query then feel free to ask.

Wish you a very good health.

Thank you.
