I have had a headache and my eyes have hurt for two weeks. I m 16 and I am healthy, play sports etc. I went in a week after it didn t go away and he said it was from lack of sleep. I usually get 7 hours of sleep a night so I m still not.sure because its hard with the headache. As well as he thinks and as well as me its allergies or a sinus infection because everyone is getting sick lately and it hurts my eyes a ton and between my eyes. Yesterday I got stuffs for it but was wondering If you thinks its a sinus infection of some sort.
Many people notice headaches and migraines after a sinus infection. There are many sinuses or cavities in the bones. These can become infected with bacteria and cause symptoms like pain, difficulty in breathing, and fevers.
Here are a few things that can help - Drinking lots of water Steam inhalation Taking a warm shower Sleeping 8 hours a day Regular exercise Taking a nasal spray
See a doctor if you suspect that a steroid spray is needed to help reduce some of the symptoms of sinus pain or infection.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
