Hi,

First of all, the wine elevates the liver enzymes such as: GGT, so you should cut down on drinking wine. Second, you should do some investigations such as: measuring blood pressure, lipid profile and an MRI lateral view neck. Because, hypertension and prolapsed disc can cause continuous headache. Third, you should not use Tramadol for more than one month. Fourth, you should take Aspirin 160 mg twice per day after meals for an TIA.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
