What Causes Headache While On Lisinopril?

my doctor put me on lisinopril eventhough she knows i still smoke, it is giving me headaches, and i have had migraines since the age of 4. so it will not make me quit smoking it will make me stop taking the medicine. by the way totally cancer free and hp pressure recent usually around 142/85 every now and then

it doesn't have a lot of interaction with smoking. Indeed smoking is a reason to more closely watch blood pressure. It is, however, a crap drug.

the amount that gets in varies from close to none to about a third. ANd can vary day to day.
there is an increased risk of heart disease and stroke from bp about 140/90. Slightly above is a slight increase. smoking at least doubles the risk.
