Hi, we understand your concern.

Dexpoten syrup contains dextromethorphan, pseudoephedrine and triprolidine. This combination is used to treat cough with expectoration.Usual dose is one spoon twice or thrice a day.If you have taken it only once in a week it should not worry you.

Headache , weakness, fever could be because of some infection. You will need detailed evaluation to recognize foci of infection.Consult a physician,he would ask you to get complete blood count to rule out bacterial infection.

Liver disorders usually present with vague abdominal pain, vomiting, jaundice.Symptoms explained by you is unlikely to be due to liver problem.

Hope the answer ha s helped you.
