What Causes Headache Upon Waking Up After A Nap?
Yes...weird one. Every time I take a nap I wake up with a head whoosh! Its like in my ears but my whole head seems to throb. Sometimes for up to an hour. And almost always when I nap, and then only if I fall asleep, not just doze....weird. But annoying.
