What Causes Headache, Tiredness And Blood In The Bowel Movement?

Hey, I have a bit of a headache and I feel really tired all of the sudden. I also just went to the bathroom and along with feces, blood came out. I also blew my nose and my mucas was dark grey. Should I be worried about internal bleeding? I haven t had any trauma and I felt fine a few hours ago.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here you are having blood in stool, that is not normal... It should be evaluated through stool examination and proctoscopy examination....

Blood in stool can be from enteritis, dysentery, hemorrhoids etc...

If pus cells and bacteria present in stool than treated with broad spectrum antibiotic like ofloxacin plus ornidazole combination drug

If parasites egg present than albendazole like drug might prescribed

Avoid excess spicy foods and smoking

If you are having cold associated as nasal discharge present than decongestant prescribed
