What Causes Headache, Stomach Pain, Numbness On Arms And Legs?

I am having numbness on my right side (arms and legs) but it comes and goes. I am having horrible headaches, my vision is impaired, and my stomach hurts. But all the symptoms come and go. I have neck problems and am under a great deal of stress. Could I just be suffering from a pinch nerve or is it something worse?

Hello !
I read your question and understand your concern.
In my opinion the troubles you have may be related to migraine , a common type of headache. I would like to know your age and if the headache is in the half of the head or diffuse and if it is throbbing. The other troubles associated to headache, like numbness, stomach hurt, neck stiffness and vision problems are called migraine aura.
I would recommend you to have a neurological examination and a brain MRI to rule out other problems.
This is a common problem , which can be treated with different drugs like beta blockers, antidepressants, calciblockers, etc.
Hope to have been helpful!
Thank you for using HCM!
Best wishes Dr. Abaz Quka
