Second here investigate with..... 1.Random blood sugar estimation 2.Chest x ray 3.Measurement of BMI 4.Serum cholesterol (8 hour fasting required ) 5.CBC If you are having more weight than it should be reduced .... Fruits more ... If diabetis there than oral hypoglycemic drug neeeded ...with control of sugar in diet... If auscultation and chest x ray reveal any respi causes than treated accordingly...
