What Causes Headache, Runny Nose, Sore Throat And Pressure In Head?

I started out with a sore throat two days ago. Then today I started getting a bad head ache. I ve had it all day. I thought it was from my sinuses but my nose is draining fine. My head ache gets worse when I go to stand up. I the pressure in the back of my head gets so bad that I have to stop for a minute before I can walk. So overall my symptoms include a bad headache in the back of my head, runny nose, sore throat, and bad pressure in my head when I stand or sit up.

your headache, runny nose are due to pharingitis and cold. Take one course of antibiotic and cold tablet like combination of antihistamine and decongestant nasal drops, that will give relief. take one paracetamol tablet TID to give pain relief in head ache n1 week treatment will give relief.
