What Causes Headache, Nausea With Sudden And Repeated Vomiting?

lately i have been waking up with a slight headache but yesterday i woke up with one , and then i felt nauseas, i didnt eat breakfast i just had some grapes and then out of the blue i went to the restroom and threw up , went to work and threw up again, so i made some soup ate sum of it and threw it up . then i took some pepto bizmo and felt better. was it maybe the grapes were bad and i had an reaction ?

Hi,

The headache was started before consumption of grapes, which suggest that the cause is intestine infection giving gradual systemic symptoms.

Primary care with antiemetic, PPI and antipyretic as paracetamol will give best results.

Discuss later with your doc for certain blood tests if needed.
