What Causes Headache, Nausea And Tiredness?

Hi , for the past 9 days i have been having bad headaches for the past 2 days i have been felling nausea tired and no energy. Temperature is normal and i have a good diet. I'm female aged 34 years and exercise everyday. I have light pains ti lower abdomen and loss of appetite.

Hi

i understand your concern.

Headache with gastric trouble might indicate Gastric pathology.

It may arise due to indigestion of food and food related acid reflux.
Take onlly symptomatic treatment.

This condition can be treated with antacid like rabeprazole or famotidine along with domperidone.

Take simple analgesic like paracetamol for headache.

If all persist more then 1 week then consult physician and get assist.
