What Causes Headache In The Morning?

I ve had a headache every morning or at night after a long day for about two weeks, I m 6 days late for my period, fatigue in the morning, insomnia at night. I took a home pregnancy test on day 6 and it was negative. Last period was November 10th ended the 14th I had sex on the 15th and 16th of November and again December 1st and 6th I was expected to start period on the 8th of December but it still hasn t started. What could be the problem?

I read your question and understood your concern.
I think that the headaches may be caused by a hormonal imbalance or psychological stress.
I would recommend to consult with a neurologist and have a good neurological examination to exclude any other cause. If there is any abnormal signs a brain CT scan may be necessary. Rarely brain tumors can cause headache worse in the morning.
I would also advise you to have an abdominal ultrasound to see if everything is OK ( and exclude possible ovarian cysts).
