What Causes Headache Followed By Vomiting?
Hi, I was travelling back to my place yesterday when my head is really aching so i thought i m just tired because of travelling. As soon as I parked, I puke alot and feel a bit better but headache is still there. After I woke up today, i m still having headache and feeling heavy so i took my temperature and it s 40.2c I have work later and I really like to go so may I know what meds should i take.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to be evaluated for having some systemic infection. Gastritis or enteric fever may present like this. Baseline blood works up and blood cultures will be helpful.
Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can help with the fever. Antibiotics may be needed too.
