Hi, I was travelling back to my place yesterday when my head is really aching so i thought i m just tired because of travelling. As soon as I parked, I puke alot and feel a bit better but headache is still there. After I woke up today, i m still having headache and feeling heavy so i took my temperature and it s 40.2c I have work later and I really like to go so may I know what meds should i take.
