What Causes Headache, Fever And Dizzy Flashes After Nose Hitting?

Hi , I m 15 years old and just yesterday night i hit my nose on a door frame. I was peaking in the room and turned my head really fast and hit the left side of my nose. It is not bruised and swollen. Now I have a really bad headache that just seems my head won t stop throbing I have a 99.3 fever I keep getting these dizzy flashes where I feel like I m about to fall over. I have had previous injuries where my nose popped out of linement but was easily poped back and have always been very sensitivite towards my nose. Is this normal or should I see a doctor.
