What Causes Headache, Feeling Pressure In Neck And Chest?

here are the symptoms i don't know what to make sense of: sudden severe headache (history of migraines), sharp pain and feeling of pressure in neck and chest (this part only lasts a few mintues), numbness down one arm and into hand, and dizziness. any thoughts?

Thanks for your question dear first from hoew much time do you have this are you have Hypertention or diabetes etc if not then ok if yes then go to consult with cardiologist for your chest pain and for headache and numbess if still continue and causes weakness of arms and legs or any where have ct brain plain ok
