What Causes Headache, Dizzy, Joint Pain With History Of Pituitary Gland Tumor?

asking for my partner. he had a piturity gland tumor romved 8 years ago. Over the past month he has been feeling dizzy with headaches joint pain and lethargic. what could be causing it? Hes also had a loss of apetite and some weight loss. hes 31. Thank you

Hello
It seems from the history that your partner has underwent surgery for pituitary gland tumor 8 years ago and now he is having symptoms of headache, dizziness and joint pains.
These symptoms can be because of recurrence of the tumour. Hence he requires evaluation by a neurologist or neurosurgeon for examination to rule out recurrence of the tumour.
