What Causes Headache Despite Taking Cefspan For Fever?

I was suffering with typhoid in the middle age of infection... It was IGM which was positive... I am taking CEFSPAN as my antibiotic since last sunday... took that antibiotic both in morning and evening for six days and then start taking it only in the evening... now I m not having any kinda fever or body pain but I only have an headache... what should I do to get off this headache??

Hello,

Cefspan is an antibiotic which helps in fighting the infection. Have you taken any other medicine for fever or body pain? I hope you are taking the medicines with your doctor’s advice. Cefspan won’t help in relieving headache.

For a headache, paracetamol might help, or some OTC ointments for a headache also help sometimes. If the headache won’t go away with it and it's recurrent then you can visit your doctor and follow his advice for further management.
