It usually presents with the following symptoms: - Headache - Blurring of vision - Confusion and seizure - Chest pain and difficulty in breathing - Swelling of legs and face Hypertensive crisis could be due to smoking, alcohol, overweight, lack of exercises, high salt diet, stress, old age etc. Your history says you are not on treatment, which in turn increases the BP and its symptoms.
