What Causes Headache, Body Ache And Swelling Of Lymph Node?

Hi, Im 15 years old and taking medication for low vitamin d. For the past few months I haven t been myself, I ve been getting awful headaches usually start at the back of the head these have gone know thankfully I thought I had brain tumor, but now I can feel a lump kind of thing , a lymph node and it hurts in that area (tender to touch). Also I get a lot of body pains especially chest pain/back pain. I can also feel pulse everywhere literally. Sometimes I be sitting down and can feel pulse in my hands, fingers, feet, legs, top of head, stomach ?
