What Causes Headache, Back Pain, Lower Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

my husband has been experiencing fatigue, headache, general body aches and a rash for one week. This started one week ago with low back pain and low abdominal pain w nausea. The CBC and CMP were WNL.The UA was negative.The MRI of the lumbar spine showed some canal stenosis and DDD. CT of abd/pelvis were negative. The rash developed mid week. He was started on Cipro and this is day#6. The maximum Temp was 99.5 He was flat in bed x 4 days, took very little nutrition or water. He has improved but is no where back to normal. We have seen the PCP. He works in the yard a lot and Im concerned about lymes disease or rocky mountain spotted tick fever. What lab would be indicated?

Hello,

It may be due to stomach infection.

For that you may require antibiotics after consultation.

Keep your self hydrated.

For nausea you can take tablet ondensetron.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Take soft balanced diet.

In case of not getting relief you may require ultrasound abdomen after surgeon consultation
