Hi and thanks for being part of our virtual clinic
I read carefully your complaints
Some things that you need yo know:
1. During pregnancy many changes occurr to our body, there happens retention of fluids, gain weight, changes in mood ect
2. You need to monitor your BP. Measure it at least once per day. Should not be more than 130/85. If you notice any shift in values contact your doctor immediatly
3. Forgeting in some moments, is normal, part of this hormonal changes.

Enjoy this beautiful phase of a woman's life!
It's a blessing :)
