What Causes Headache, Arm Pain And Lung Pain During Breathing?

My 13 year old came home with a headache arms and legs ache lower part of lungs hurt when breathing in. Fever of 101.6 No redness or soreness to throat, no cough, nor runny nose, no nvd. Does this sound like possible pneumonia or resp infection even with the lack of cough/no phlem

Hi... There are some pneumonia like interstitial pneumonia in which cough may not be the presenting symptom. It will present with a vague generalized symptoms like body ache, headache, malaise, lethargy, chest pain. Fever may be moderate to high grade. Along with this , fast breathing and lower chest indrawing may occur. An x ray chest will be helpful in this case.
