What Causes Headache And Upper Back Pain?

Hi, ive recently had a bad case of hayfever, then i started with a dry cough, now im having constant headaches and upper back pain. and now im havin shoulder aches and pain in my right shoulder. I have been in bed for 17 and a half hours with my headaches... what could this be?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

You have bronchitis infection....

It could be viral or allergic infection....

You can take antiallergic drug like Allegra for relief from allergic symptoms....

Drink lots of fluid....
Fruits more ....

If you have blocked nose also then fluticasone nasal spray can be given...

Avoid exposure to smoking.
Keep exposure minimum to dust , pollen , environmental pollution etc....

Steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil useful.
Levofloxacin antibiotic given for 5 days.

If still no improvement consult pulmonologist for auscultation and subsequent spirometry
