What Causes Headache And Swelling In The Head After An Injury?
I fainted 6 days ago after a hour of vomiting and diahorrea. That self resolved after 24 hours but since I have had what I think is vertigo, postural dizziness, also dizzynwas moving from sitting-standing / lying-sitting and localised headaches to my right tempular lobe where I landed on. There is still slight swelling to the area but no haematoma developed
