Headache may be unrelated.Just a correlation,gastric sickness might be a trigger factor for your headache.I would like to ask a few questions in order to answer your query better- 1)What is the duration of headache?(days,months or years) 2)Headache is unilateral or bilateral? 3)Is headache associated with nausea? 4)Does the headache increase on exposure to light or sound? 5)Is it associated with neck pain also?Does it go away on tight pressing the scalp?
