What Causes Headache And Sick Feeling After Taking Duromine?

Hi, I am 5 4 and currently 87 kgs my doctor has prescribed me duromine 30mg, ever since day 1 I have been having side effects and I am now upto day 6. I was feeling fine in the morning and now around 2.30pm am getting the same headache and sick feeling? also I have had bad back pain. Could all this be associated with the duromine and if so what should i do please? Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, these side effects can come [headache and body ache]. These are other options than medicines are:
1. Diet [if you have diabetic diet comes under name of joslin why wait diet] or structured weight loss programme [Jenny Craigh, nutri-system] along with consume diet only at home [500ml prior to every meal drinking water can helpful] 10ml/kg cold water result in additional weight loss
Starvation is not recommened and multivitamins to be continued for few days in these diets [5 days a month].
2. Physical activity and behavior [join online art of living course happiness course or wellness course or ombw these 2 things will be taken care fully and repeat these workshop] with medicines it is very helpful and no side effects
Drug Orlistat is option, but that to have side effects [about this you can ask your treating physician]
If you follow above its definitely helpful [both simultaneously] in just 12th day I have seen change in patients.
