Neurologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
I understand your concern. You are apparently having acute headache of 1 week duration, intermittently worsening, accompanied with nausea. It can be a primary headache-likely migraine. On the other hand, since this is acute in onset, secondary causes has to be rules out like any intracranial pathology. Please visit a neurologist so that he can examine you,do a fundoscopic examination and advise for a brain imaging(if he feels so) to establish your diagnosis. I hope it helps.
