What Causes Headache And Nausea After A Whiplash Injury?

I was hit head-on on July 2nd. Went to the doctor on Thursday July 6th with headache, nausea and my neck hurting. Diagnosed with whiplash. That night I began throwing up and having diarrhea. Went to the ER Saturday night July 8th. Severely dehydrated. They kept me in the hospital until Tuesday 11th with IV fluids. I m still not feeling well. Headache, nausea and really tired and listless. Any ideas? Went back to the doctor today and he took blood and urine but results not back yet.

After whiplash injury pain in neck occur due to strain or sprain for that you can do iceing.However Headache ,nausea ,vomiting are of concern to me .
I will highly advice you to do a head and neck CT done to rule out any major cause of these symptoms.
