What Causes Headache And Migraine With Minor Surgery On Fingers?

Hi, On Sunday I had minor surgery on my finger to dig out a tiny bit of phoenix palm and it appears to be healing nicely with no pain, redness or swelling. However the last three mornings I have woken with a really bad headache and this morning I had a migraine. Is this coincidental or linked to the surgery? I didn t have antibiotics and am not keen to unless really necessary. Thanks,

Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic

I went through the history and it seems you are having headache with migraine.
Your surgery on the fingers is not related to your headache and migraine. Your headache because of migraine needs treatment by the use of analgesic drugs and anti-migraine drugs.
Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly depending on the underlying cause.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Hope this is helpful yo you.

Thank you
