What Causes Headache And Lump On Back Of Head?

Earlier today I got a headache, I rubbed my head and forgot about it. I got home later on and my neck was hurting, I popped my neck, and realized it was still hurting, I rubbed my hand up the back of my neck and the bottom of my head and felt a quarter sized lump. What could this be.?

I really appreciate your concern, the headache may not be due to the lump that you noticed, the lump could be lymph node, headache could be due to stress, tension headache, have some sleep, Aspirin can be tried for this just relax and stay away from the stress hope this information helps.
