What Causes Headache And Dizziness With Vomiting Sensations?

I've had a headache for about a week and a half now. And for the past two or three days it feels like I'm going to throw up, constantly. Especially when I try to eat something. I've also been getting pretty dizzy. I know its Flu season and all that, but I have yet to actually throw up.

Migraine is common in 20-35 years age group, more in females, varies in frequency form once a week to daily.
It last for 2-4 hours or until pain killer medicine is taken.May be associate with lacrimation, nausea, vomiting and giddiness.Precipitating factor are food.noise and sun light.
Treatment is available in form of primary prophylaxis like propranolol, flunarizine or amitryptiline will be helpful. This medicine should be taken daily to prevent headache.Secondary prophylaxis like triptans or NSAIDs medicines which can be taken as soon as you start feeling headache.
