General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your problem.

Headache and dizziness could have been caused by the medicine Perindopril.
In the first few weeks of treatment Perindopril is known to cause a fall in BP during change of posture this results in dizziness and headache. The effect subsides over a period of time.

If it does not subside then visit your treating doctor to adjust the dose of Perindopril.

Use of Atorvastatin is not linked to your present problems.

Hope to have answered your query.
