What Causes Headache Along With Tinnitus After A Head Injury?
I had a severe fall and as a result, a head injury. I went to the ER by ambulance. I didn t remember anything until I was in the bright room with nurses and doctors, lying on a stretcher. This was three days ago. I have a headache, slow memory trouble, sensitive to light, ringing in my ears ,maybe some trouble with balance, no appetite, etc. I had CT scans and EKG testing; all normal, yet I m wondering if I should see a doctor now. Please answer if you can. Thank you.

It could be due to some injury to your inner ear which holds the balancing mechanism of our body. There may be some thin hair line fracture which may went undetected in the CT scan. As of now you can take Betahistine tablet thrice a day for symptomatic relief and antihistamines like Cinnarizine. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
