What Causes Headache Along With Pain In The Neck And Stomach?

My six-year-old son has been experiencing headaches, neck pain, back pain and stomach pain. He just finished antibiotics for strep five days ago. He was making the same complaints 7 to 10 days before his stroke diagnosis. Once diagnosed, I attributed those pains to the strep. But even after finishing his antibiotics he is still complaining about these same symptoms. Any ideas what this could be?

Generalised pain can be caused by variety of reason. But diagnosis be make only after some investigation like 1. Complete blood count (CBC)
2. Widal test for Enteric Fever.
3. QBC for Malaria.
4. USG whole abdomen.
